A trained French Chef, Chef Mark is a graduate of the world-renowned Auguste Escoffier International School of Culinary Arts Academy, and has also received his diploma from the Culinary Business Academy as a Personal Chef, and a certification as a Certified Culinary Inspirational Instructor. Chef Mark is a member of the United States Personal Chef Association and also a member of the American Culinary Federation.
