Iris and Michael Raie are the authors of the popular cookbook “No Place Like Home: Southern Cooking with a Latin Flair”. The mother and son team both have a passion for cooking and entertaining. They love doing themed parties and their kitchen and home are a show place during any holiday. Their collection of family favorites have made them a success. They are culinary instructors and teach cooking classes at the Rolling Pin kitchen store in Brandon,FL and have appeared on several TV cooking segments. They have conducted cooking demos in many places. They appeared at last years Epcot Food & Wine festival at Walt Disney World in Orlando,FL and also at Bok Tower Gardens and have done several radio interviews. Drawing from their Florida roots the Raies create recipes ranging from comforting southern food to Latin selections Their recipes are easy to follow and will have you cooking like a pro in no time.
