From the earliest age I can remember, the sights, smells, and preparation of food were the most amazing things I could imagine. As an adult, when I was able to pair it up with traveling, the experience was even better. I trained at the heels of my mom, and all of my grandparents. The grandparents were all born in Southern Italy, and brought to this country their love of family, well prepared food, and traditions which we still celebrate today....
