  • Hello People!


    My new website is dedicated to one of my many passions, creating, making and eating healthy delicious food, business and music being the others. It is because I have been so fortunate to travel the world 20 + years of touring with rock bands and presently for business travel which takes me not only to the four corners of North America, but all over Asia, the Middle East and the Caribbean South America and Europe. I get to see all forms of culture in these countries, cities, towns and villages. I get to meet with great chefs, everyday people, eat what they eat cruise their town the way they do. I then bring that experience to my own food and sometimes my life as well. I am a very big advocate of not eating junk food, to see people feed themselves better and most importantly their children. Healthy food does not need to be expensive or take forever to make and I hope I will be able to showcase some of those examples here.


    I am not a chef in terms of I run a kitchen in a restaurant, but I have been a chef for private functions and also as a personal chef. Yes, I love it that much and there are plans in the very foreseeable future to create and open the restaurant I have always thought should be done. So please enjoy what you see, ask all the question you want and if I can help, I will most certainly do my best.

some chicken recipes

Hi all at www.culinaryhalloffame.com. What you thinking about chicken recipes? rnexample: rnApple brandy chicken, made with chicken breast halves, apple brandy, cream, onions, and butter, along with mushrooms. rn 4 chicken breast halves rn rn salt and pepper rn 8 ounces sliced mushrooms rn 2 teaspoons olive oil rn 2 teaspoons butter rn 1/3 cup apple brandy, such as Apple Jack or Calvados rn 4 green onions, chopped rn 1/2 cup whipping cream or heavy cream rn 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or 1/4 teaspoon dried leaf thyme rn rnPreparation: rnFlatten chicken; place chicken breast halves between pieces of plastic wrap and gently pound until thinned out and uniform in size. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a large heavy skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add chicken breasts. Cook for about 5 minutes, until browned, then turn. Add mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes longer. Add green onions and apple brandy and cook for another minute, until chicken is cooked through and mushrooms are tender. Add cream and thyme; simmer until thickened. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed. rnHave you else any ideas? recipes for chicken

I've always loved to cook. Benny has inspired me to try new recipes and ingredients I've never used or sometimes heard of before. I can make new food that my eleven year old daughter and seventy-nine year old mother both enjoy. They think I'm a nut for taking pictures of the dish before i let them eat. Benny's helped me let others eat healthier with great taste. Thank you, Benny ;) you inspire me.

Chef Benny is a wonderful chef who is gracious enough to share his considerable skills and remarkable recipes with us. He absolutely deserves to be voted into the Culinary Hall of Fame!

I was introduced to Benny by a wonderful mutual Friend named Laury Bakie & I have loved visiting his Beautiful Blog, it is truly an adventure to see what new amazing recipes he will be sharing with us. He not only shares these recipes but also does video & pictures making the process so much easier & more enjoyable for people not "in the biz" like me to follow & easily understand :) He is completely enchanting with his personality & his manner of speaking to you like if you were right there along his side in the kitchen. I am hoping to one day be one of the chosen ones to try his beautiful and I can only imagine delicious meals that are also works of art. If you are not familiar with him, visit his Blog, like myself & countless others, you will instantly become a true Fan. Simplemente Bellissimo!

I was introduced to Benny by one of my dearest friends, Caterina Borg, and I couldn't be more thankful! My "Bucket List" is to stand side-by-side in his kitchen watching him work his magic. He cares! He wants to please his audience...ask and you shall receive. His kindness shines through. Not only are his recipes stupendous, healthy, and creative, his presentations are a work-of-art, so colorful....they explode like the Grand Finale on the 4th of July!
