Hi!


First I would like to say thanks for visiting!


I’m Hanneke Eerden, from The Netherlands, and I love to cook, bake and grill. Cooking and baking I’ve loved since I was a teenager (oh that was some time ago, hmm never mind!) and grilling has come into my life in the summer of 2009. It all changed when I bought a Weber OTS, and from that moment on a new passion in cooking, outdoor cooking, has started.


With my website I hope to give you some inspiration, as many websites and blogs inspire me. 
And I hope I won’t make too many mistakes with the english language…

Of all of the recipes and blogs that I read on a daily basis ther is not one that I find as appealing as the Dutchess. Each recipe is easy to follow and extremely appetizing, and let's not forget that she is very entertaining in the process... We love our Dutchess!

I have been following Hanneke for a while now, and I have to say her recipes are wonderful, easy to follow, with plenty of pics to guide us through the process. Great work Hanneke!!

I met Hanneke ~ The Dutchess Cooks on Facebook and reading her posts you can easily see that she shares her passion about cooking, baking, grilling along with day to day life experiences. She always has the most delicious recipes on her blog and keeps her readers engaged and entertained as well.
