A walk in cooler in the main lobby leads to a stairway to the basement where true to life culinary professionals and artifacts are exhibited in their working environment. Visitors are required to pay for admittance. Alternatively, free passes may be issues by restaurants, food companies or retailers at the Culinary Hall of Fame ®.

James Beard - an American chef and food writer. James Beard is recognized by many as the father of American gastronomy.
