The Dream Close your eyes for a moment and begin to imagine
the tantalizing smells and aromas when you enter the Culinary Hall of Fame ®. A choice of the nation's top celebrity chef restaurants under one roof along with ongoing cooking demonstrations and food tastings throughout turns this building into a Mecca for the the cooking enthusiasts,
culinarians, epicureans and foodservice professionals alike.
A big solarium roof provides daylight and sunshine over the lobby, malls and restaurants.
As you wander through the the main level exhibits, you may see the first Hershey Kiss ever made, learn about the history of food production or get a taste of the first TV dinner ever made. Watch movies about food and preparation, walk in on a culinary competition or be a guest at a Television show.
Head
for the basement through a big walk-in cooler in the main lobby and meet the culinary celebrities
who made a difference in a true to life environment.
Hungry? The choice is yours. Have a sumptuous dinner at one of the many celebrity chef restaurants located on the upper level.
Finish the day by shopping at a variety of gourmet shops, get the latest culinary gadget or stop for a souvenir at the Culinary Hall of Fame ® gift shop.
Then return to the nearby nearby Hotel and get a good rest for another busy day of culinary adventures, cooking and wine-pairing classes.
The Attractions The Lower Level Wax Museum A large walk in cooler in the main lobby leads to a stairway to the basement where true to life culinary professionals and artifacts are
exhibited in their working environment. Visitors are required to pay for admittance. The Main Level Retail and Exhibits The left wing mall leading to the the 500 seat television studio and cinema is occupied by retailers offering gourmet food, clothing, kitchen equipment, culinary books and magazines.

The right wing mall leading to the convention hall is occupied by food and foodservice companies. The exhibits may include current and past offerings of food and equipment, the company history and the display of historical artifacts as well as providing in-store cooked food samples to consumers and
foodservice professionals.

Cooking demonstrations throughout the facility may be provided by culinary associations or culinary students representing culinary schools.

gourmet dining in a relaxed atmosphere with indoor verandas overlooking the left and right wing
malls.

foodservice conventions.
